Disappointing

Liked: Hotel offered early breakfast for people who check out before 6 am. Free coffee.
Disliked: Not particularly clean; hotel shuttle leaves only every hour; hotel is very dated.

I’d stay again for sure!

Liked: The shuttle was great. The room was large, quiet, and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. However I would definitely stay here again based on the comfort - which after flying from the other side of the world - was vital.
Disliked: Check in was a bit of a mess and I had to show proof of payment and even then it was not clear to the man at the desk. It got sorted in the end but should never have been an issue.

Basic hotel

Liked: Location of the hotel very convenient to Pearson airport.
Disliked: Breakfast is very basic, and it could have been better. A lot of breads. Staff were not that supportive. Staff that picked us up from the airport weren't pleasant, requesting for support seems a burden.

I would stay there again,...

Liked: good grab and go breakfast, good coffee. Great workout / exercise room open 24 hours, excellent airport shuttle service
Disliked: The power was out when we arrived but that was due to a transformer down the street that was on fire. The firefighters came and the electrical company fixed the problem quickly. So it was not the fault of the hotel, they handled the situation as best as they could.
