Nice hotel for layover

Liked: Hotel was very nice; bed was firm away from nightstand. Breakfast was good

Liked: Clean. Airport shuttle. Good size. Professional staff
Disliked: Breakfast was basic. Airport shuttle back to airport was 15+ minutes late. They had to call the driver who was outside - his seat in the bus was flat when we went out - asleep, I don't know but not a good look without explanation

Liked: The morning staff one of the man was moody rude
Disliked: The jaccuzy was broken the rules around it they didn't clean room and didn't replace coffee pods or shampoo and body wash ect....m not worth the money
