Liked: Perfect sleep over before early flight. Even had snacks to go prior to breakfast being available. Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Air conditioner could have been a bit more powerful.

Liked: The rooms were clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: We stayed in this location specifically for access to the airport and because it had a shuttle. We had an early flight and wanted things to be easier in the a.m. We decided to check in to the hotel first, then drive to the airport to return our rental car, check in for our flight and then shuttle back to the hotel. We were warned that it would be on an on call basis to get the shuttle and it seems there is a policy to only provide a shuttle prior to check in and not after check-in. We were left in some doubt - because of this policy - that we would be picked up at all. We ended up waiting a full hour and made a second call to the hotel. (No other guest had called for the shuttle.) Finally, an employee showed flexibility and common sense and an understanding of customer service and came to pick us up in the shuttle. His name was Preet. Please review this silly policy - guests should have access to two shuttles, one from the airport to hotel and one from hotel to airport and the order that they choose to do things should not be a factor. We were not abusing the shuttle but we were made to feel it was an inconvenience that we were requesting a shuttle after we had checked in. Rather, the order we did things meant less lugging around of our heavy suitcases for both ourselves and the shuttle driver. Ridiculous policy and it left a bad impression with us.
