Best Western Plus Toronto North York Hotel & Suites

We would highly recommend the hotel. The location was easy to find and close to the main highways. It was quiet and very clean. Good value.

Disliked: Upon check-in, I was shocked to find the bed in my assigned room covered with visible stains and multiple unidentified hairs. It was incredibly unhygienic and unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one carrying the Best Western brand. I immediately contacted the front desk, and they moved me to another room.However, the second room was still unacceptable. The headboard had what appeared to be dried bodily fluid stains or some unknown splatter. It was extremely disturbing and made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe during my stay.This experience did not meet even the most basic expectations of cleanliness and quality. I chose Best Western believing in a minimum standard of hospitality, and this stay was a major disappointment.
