We would highly recommend the hotel. The location was easy to find and close to the main highways. It was quiet and very clean. Good value.

Liked: Cleanliness; elevator; luggage racks were accessible.
Disliked: The ice machine on our floor was absent.

It was good enough for...

Liked: The parking was fine. I'm glad there was a restaurant. The service in the restaurant was great. The associate who checked me in was great. The hotel is close to public transportation.
Disliked: The room wasn't as clean as it should have been. There were pubic hairs in the shower. One of the beds had stained sheets. There was dust and other residue on the desk and nightstand. The hallways and stairwells smelled bad. When I made the reservation, I was told that there was room service, but there wasn't. The associate who checked me out didn't ask if everything was okay and didn't thank me for staying there.

Decent hotel, relatively close to...

Liked: The location of the property was easy to get to and the check in/out process were both quick and easy. Also, the beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: Hotel isn’t in the best neighbourhood but there were no issues. We didn’t eat at the restaurant after seeing it has an online rating or 1 out 5. Lastly, housekeeping only comes every 2nd day, the floors seemed dirty upon our check in.

Would never go bacn

Liked: Not much
Disliked: The first room we got was still filthy then we called for an exchange, the 2nd room was also a little dirty. Sheets had stains. We had put on the heaters as we were in the cold outside for hours, the room never heated up and was ice cold.
