Best Western Plus Toronto North York Hotel & Suites

We would highly recommend the hotel. The location was easy to find and close to the main highways. It was quiet and very clean. Good value.

Liked: Cleanliness; elevator; luggage racks were accessible.
Disliked: The ice machine on our floor was absent.

Liked: Staff was pleasant. The beds were made and tidy. Shower was clean.
Disliked: Our double Queen room needed lots of repair. The room was a disappointment- stains on carpet. Patchy drywall repair in washroom.

Visiting Toronto

Liked: The hotel was close to public transportation. But it was in a more "industrial" area. No restaurants (other than the one at the hotel) or businesses with in walking distance. Keep that in mind if this is something you are looking for.
Disliked: We had a king room with a pull out couch with 3 people staying. There were no sheets or pillows provided for the pullout (we did not request any once we got into the room, my son just slept on the couch as is.) The room was quite small for a king bed.

Disliked: The pillow was uncomfortable to sleep

Bad

Disliked: I arrived late than my companion and even after I called Booking.com which updated and add the name of my companion in the reservation, he was not allowed to check in. When we finally check in, I asked for the complimentary toiletries and they said they run out of stock. The room smells like mold , very dirty carpet, the remote control is so sticky that we had to wrap it in a plastic bag. There are more commercials in the tv than the program. Headboard is sticky! and the bathroom is moldy. The stickiest room I ever was in. So far from the pictures. They really needs to clean more.
