We would highly recommend the hotel. The location was easy to find and close to the main highways. It was quiet and very clean. Good value.
Liked: Cleanliness; elevator; luggage racks were accessible.
Disliked: The ice machine on our floor was absent.

Liked: The property was clean and bright. Front desk staff while checking in and out were very friendly! The pool was nice as well.
Disliked: Ice machines on every floor out of order! Had to go to the main lobby for ice, so slightly inconvenient.

Nice, Clean, Good Value for...
Liked: -Room is nicely appointed
-Room is mainly clean
-Hotel decor is nice
-Beds are very comfortable
-Bathroom towels are of good quality
-Staff are friendly and efficient
-Multiple USB charging ports on light fixtures and clock for personal electronics
-Fridge in room worked very well
-Understanding and helpful front desk staff on resolving bathroom sink maintenance issue
Disliked: -Some isolated staining on sheet, blanket, and blanket cover. Not brought to the attention of hotel staff. -Extensive paint peeling on bathroom ceiling. Not brought to the attention of hotel staff. -Some areas of silicone sealant for bath need to be addressed, some dark/dirt patches (mold?). Not brought to the attention of hotel staff. -Clogged bathroom sink, issue was resolved on 2nd front desk notification after 1st maintenance call did not fix problem. -Room keys functions disrupted by being placed in wallet with other cards; room door key reader would not accept them. This occurred on only one occasion. Front desk staff solved problem. It would be good to have key cards that are not so sensitive as to malfunction that way. It seems common to put hotel room key cards in a wallet or near a phone for safekeeping, they should be more resilient.
