We would highly recommend the hotel. The location was easy to find and close to the main highways. It was quiet and very clean. Good value.

Liked: Cleanliness; elevator; luggage racks were accessible.
Disliked: The ice machine on our floor was absent.

Would never go bacn

Liked: Not much
Disliked: The first room we got was still filthy then we called for an exchange, the 2nd room was also a little dirty. Sheets had stains. We had put on the heaters as we were in the cold outside for hours, the room never heated up and was ice cold.

Disliked: The rooms a/c was broken and housekeeping never gave us towels for our stay

Do not book here! You...

Liked: The beds were very comfortable. The pool was nice.
Disliked: The front host, person who checked us in and out was very rude. When checking in did not tell us where to go for our room. Was annoyed that we were checking in. When we asked if we could check in early after traveling from Ottawa, to go to the washroom or use the hotel lobby ones, he said there were no washrooms and would allow us to check in. He then proceeded to sigh really loudly. During checkout, I confirmed the price with the booking.com price to which he started creaming at me that he did not have to respect the booking.com price. I booked for 520.16 for 2 rooms and I was charged, posted to my account 528.56 (Full booking price) Another 241.66, 286.90 and 678.56 which have yet to be refunded to my card. The man said they were deposits for the rooms, 2 night stay, and a total transaction that included a damage deposit. I was overcharged and there is no way to get a refund???
