We would highly recommend the hotel. The location was easy to find and close to the main highways. It was quiet and very clean. Good value.
Liked: Cleanliness; elevator; luggage racks were accessible.
Disliked: The ice machine on our floor was absent.

Liked: Nothing at all
Disliked: The room was not clean I was changed rooms 3x and it was still a mess. There was stains on the pillows, hair on the bed, pee on the toilet seat and the room had a bad smell

Liked: Beds were comfy.Lots of pillows.Freezer in refrigerator.Vending machines and ice on floor.
Disliked: Room was very damp and had a musty smell.Toilet had pieces of rust or something in it. Bathtub had old soap scum around the drain.All facilities were closed due to covid but no mention of this when booking.Building undergoing renovations.

Liked: Due to Covid 19 restrictions in place the facility operating very well as room very clean / no breakfast no pool no restaurant open / renovations taking place and being managed very well
Disliked: the fake web page I booked with as did not get my BW points as the web page imitated being a BW direct booking and will never book with these fakes again

It appears the company does...
Disliked: There was no drinking water for guests in the room. A Guest will have to purchase drinking water as soon as s/he checks in - that says a lot about the culture of a company. Some services have been removed e.g. the bell boy and room cleaning, I did not have the room cleaned for 4 days I was there and I paid the same amount pre-COVID.
