Best Western Plus Toronto Airport Hotel

Overall, our stay was nice...

Liked: Suites are set up nicely. Very spacious for a family of 5.
Disliked: There was a odd smell in the room. Like too much dust. The curtains and carpet need to be cleaned.

Liked: Excellent location. Nice restaurant in the hotel and a subway across the street was convenient for kids.

Liked: The manager Chris was excellent. We had very loud guests in the room beside us who were partying/playing music and being generally loud and disruptive to entire floor. We had to be up at 4:30am to catch and early flight, Chris was able to accommodate us with another room away from the noisy guests which was beyond our expectations and absolutely fantastic. Thanks for helping us get a good night sleep before our flight Chris!
