Extremely Disappointing Experience – Personal...

Disliked: I stayed at this hotel recently and was extremely disappointed with how a serious issue was handled. My professional-grade hair styling brush – an expensive tool used by hairdressers and only sold in specialized stores – went missing from my room. I had used it on the very first day of my stay, so I know for a fact it was in the room. After discovering it was gone, I searched every corner thoroughly at least three times before reporting it to the front desk.Instead of taking the matter seriously, they sent a member of the cleaning staff to my room who proceeded to argue with me, claiming the cleaner “couldn’t have taken it” and that I must not have searched properly. That alone was incredibly inappropriate – being gaslit in your own room when something is clearly missing.The manager’s response? I was told I could send an email – while I was still staying at the hotel. As if writing an email from thousands of kilometers away would somehow retrieve a stolen item. I found this response completely dismissive and unprofessional.At check-out, nothing had changed. No follow-up, no responsibility taken, no apology, no compensation. Just complete indifference.It left a very sour taste and cast a shadow over my entire trip. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone – especially not if you value your personal belongings and expect even the most basic level of professionalism and care.

Liked: The rooms are super spacious and very comfortable beds.. lovely and quiet for good nights sleep
Disliked: A little bit far from city centre.. walkable but takes time and have to plan day well as not able to hop back to hotel easily

Liked: This hotel is great value for money. ALL staff should be proud of the services and professionalism they offer. The breakfast is amazing with plenty of nice options (plus that breakfast can be prepared for take away if in a rush). All staff is friendly and happy to help. Thorough cleanness and tidiness in the room everyday. Congratulations!
