Exhausting and so uncomfortable

Liked: the staff was nice. Breakfast was OK. Sheets were nice.
Disliked: I paid $316 for a 2 bedroom suite. I ended up with a king bed (Hard as stone) and a simply terrible pull out sofa bed all in a regular sized room. I mean, the alleged mattress on the sofa was all metal. Not usable. Terrible. Would not stay here simply because there was zero chance of sleeping at ALL.

Disliked: For the price the jacuzzi should have been working and the breakfast should not have run out of food.

Great place to stay.

Liked: Location to our visit and having stayed here before and were pleased with our stay.
Disliked: Was disappointed that the dining room was not open but did find another place for dinner from the list provided by the staff. For the breakfast choices for drinks, should have hot water for tea, there was none and not everyone likes coffee.

Not a true “Two Bedroom”

Disliked: Two bedroom? It’s a one bedroom, pullout couch in living room but no extra linens ie; pillows, sheets or blankets???

Disliked: Spa had a lot of sand which covered us in sand when we used it

Disliked: I was there 4 days...off season for the town so the crowd was very slim. I didn't get my trash taken out or towels freshened up the entire stay...good thing I'm not very needy.The people in the next room had a small child that screamed a lot...not the hotels fault but I didn't get much sleep...left their tv on ALL night....loud enough I could tell you what episode of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse they were watching. Again...not the hotels fault but...if you have a huge hotel with only 10-15 rooms rented, and someone comes in with a baby...put them at the far end. I love babies but I was there on business and sleep would have been nice....
