Liked: Staff at check in was cordial
Disliked: Sheets in our room's beds were not changed, had hairs and smell like men sweat. Disgusting. My son woke me up around 3am. to kill 2 cockroaches on the bathroom floor. Please check your beds when staying at this place. We had to sleep on top of cover with towels. Worse experience ever.

Liked: I booked the last room they had, which was for a disabled person. I have a bad knee and was surprised by all of the bars they had in the bathroom to help a person with a disability. I did not expect this and give them high marks on their thoughtfulness in taking care of the dusabked.
Disliked: the county is doing a lot of work on the street outside the building. It is very hard to find the entrance to the building. Once the work is finished it will be easy to enter.
