Liked: The setting is very pretty and the bed comfortable
Disliked: Booked because of advertised pool and spa - pool and spa too cold to use, spa bath plug did not fit so water rapidly leaked. Requested pool and gym to be opened in morning - was supposed to open at 6 manager very grudging about opening pool at 7 and wouldnt open gym. No extra towels available for pool. Obvious had some security issues as when we arrived at 7pm kept standing in rain as security doors locked for staff, when asked for extra towels for pool he said they had run out.

My home away from home...

Liked: Apartments provide a home away from home for me and I don’t want to stay anywhere else in town now. I love the location as it has pretty scenery and is safe. The apartment complex itself is very quiet and the apartments are huge. Fitted with everything you need.
Disliked: Hand towels, ice trays and pillow refresh please.

Spacious and comfortable apartments managed...

Liked: Apartments are very spacious so you feel like you’ve walked into a home rather than a hotel. Tastefully furnished all of which is very comfortable. I always have a good nights stay on my visits because rooms have great blockout blinds and beds. Towels are extra large too.
Disliked: Pillows could do with a refresh. Maybe some extra ones in the cupboard along with a blanket for those cooler nights. Heater didn’t work in the bedroom.

A little tired

Liked: Walkable distance to Box HillStrong wifi for those that need it
Disliked: Old and tired roomThe tiles in the bathroom had shilouette scenes that once seen could not be unseen.

The price is budget and...

Reception was rude and put...

Liked: Beds were nice and shower was okay
Disliked: Some power points didn't work, the room wasn't clean had webs all over and stains on the couch and curtains, tv was horrible

We enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Excellent location, room was very quiet.
Disliked: The room had a kettle and toaster but only cups and a teaspoon. I had packed breakfast couldn’t make toast or have cereal as no knife or plates and bowls.

Liked: Fantastic apartment, really felt comfortable and very relaxing 😌

Convenient location nice staff

Liked: Convenient location right next to the pub I was meeting friends at a great restaurant across the street. Plus, they had a Japanese vending machine that served canned hot coffee.
Disliked: My heater didn’t work. They did bring in a wall heater, but the filter in the heater was dirty and so no air would come out of it. Property definitely has potential but needs some love.
