Very good

Liked: The staff were excellent, amongst other things offering to change our room. Location was very convenient to the city centre. Swimming pool was also excellent.
Disliked: Some of the decor was a bit 'tired' although it wasn't a problem for us. The breakfast choice was good but the cooked ingredients were only lukewarm. Coffee was pretty bad. Staff were excellent as usual. Car Park should be free for guests.

Liked: Good location, facilities good, staff nice.
Disliked: Lack of confidence the night staff gave, firstly drunk party in bar area, bar closed and police called, 4am fire alarm set off, again lack of organisation with only 2 members of staff seen, felt really unsafe. Guest called the fire service.

In Praise of the 6P...

Liked: Location: Close enough to the city centre while at the same time feeling sufficiently out of the way.Room: Extremely well thought out refurbishment. Enough space to unpack essentials and sort items without falling over myself. Lovely view of the Quays from the third floor. Required some overnight sleep before I figured out the location of the wardrobe.
Disliked: Supremely relieved that I remembered to bring earplugs. (Slamming doors have a way of reverberating down the hallway.)
