We were so pleased with our stay. The hotel is clean and pretty. And everyone who worked there was so nice.
Liked: It was perfect all around.
Disliked: There were no low points.

It took us circling the block three times to find the actual entrance to the parking lot, and when we did there was little to no parking available at 6PM on a Saturday night. Once we finally found a parking spot, we lugged all our things inside. There was only one desk clerk on duty and it took 5-10 minutes to be served because he continued to take calls while I was waiting. He then informed me that my room suddenly became "out of order" and there were no other rooms available. He assured me that a room would be available after we returned from the concert. This was clearly detrimental to the trip since we had nowhere to get ready and we had to go through the check in process at 2:30 in the morning with the creepiest desk clerk I've ever encountered while being slightly inebriated. The man (Rob or Ron) had a laptop playing audio where I could hear moaning and disturbing things while trying to check in. Finally I tried to call the Front Desk from my room twice in the early morning and no one ever picked up. What if there was an emergency? Even though we made the best of it, the experience was terrible and I would never recommend staying here again.
Liked: The room was clean; the location was close to the venue.
Disliked: Parking lot size too small; unprofessional desk clerk; room not ready on arrival.

This hotel was the perfect location for easy access to The Armory. I have no complaints. Everything was wonderful.
Liked: Pool access; quiet and professional; I especially liked the decor.
Disliked: Nothing bad.

Really nice hotel, seems to be recently remodeled. Staff nice and wanted to help. However, desk staff apparently are not trained well and did not reserve the handicapped room. We confirmed the handicapped reservation three times the week prior and were assured; obviously in error. The General Manager was very apologetic and promised to train her staff. But the lack of handicapped grab bars and such made our stay very very difficult.
Liked: Beautiful hotel and friendly staff.
Disliked: We requested a handicapped room, which was critical for us, and even after confirming three times, they did not provide it.

After finding our room so warm we called the desk and inquired why? They were so nice and sent up the security man who agreed and got us another room for the night. Thanks to the desk clerk and security man we enjoyed your place very well and will stay again. We had our son and grandaughters with us and we attended the Twins game for the first time in the new stadium and we will be back!
Disliked: We thought it was very warm in the room when we opened the door. We went about unpacking and going to find a place to eat. We attended the Twins game and returned to the room finding it VERY WARM after setting it at 60 before leaving for the game.

We had a good experience in a suite - everything was clean and up-to-date. Appreciated maid service in relation to more coffee. Bathroom is updated with beautiful tiles and a glass encased shower.

The hotel desk clerk was very helpful in leading us in the right direction to I-94 from the hotel. He even printed out a copy of directions which was very helpful. We loved the breakfast at the Normandy Kitchen and recommend it highly.
Liked: The cleanliness was impressive.
Disliked: No exhaust fans in bathrooms.
