Disliked: This property needs a serious face lift. Very outdated. The bed sheets ,linen and towels are old and dingy looking . Bedsheets had stains.The phone didn’t work in the room.Breakfast is nothing to write home about.

Liked: Staff is always courteous.
Disliked: Room was not clean this visit. Men's boot prints on the bathroom floor, toilet paper wrapping behind the door, ramen noodle and debris splattered in sink.

Electronic keys stopped working, no-one...

Liked: It was terrible, just eggs. No yogurts etc. On the last of our 3 days there was just stale bread. No plates, just bowls and the plastic cutlery as brittle.
Disliked: The hot water in the shower was variable as was the pressure. If you wanted good pressure, the water was too hot. If you wanted cooler water the pressure was too low.

Very good

Liked: Staff is so courteous and accommodating. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The view was beautiful. The lighting and heating was very good. Hot water was wonderful
Disliked: Room 115 needs a new hot tub. It was "fixed" with paint which is chipping away. At least we were able to change rooms. Also, it looks like you need new towels because the ones we had were stained with yellow spots and felt like I was wiping bleech on my face. The bedsheets were clean but stiff, either need more softener or a higher thread count

Liked: I liked that the room windows opened to the creek. The front desk clerk was nice and helpful on 2 occasions. The room was spacious. They had good breakfast options and the seating area was pleasant.
