Exceptional

Overpriced for the quality

Liked: The breakfast was great. One of the better ones I've had.
Disliked: There were blood stains on the wall in the bathroom as well as a clump of someone else's hair on the shower wall.

Exceptional

Liked: There was an omelet station that was wonderful to start the day with.
Disliked: The mattress was a bit firm for me. I woke up with my hip hurting.

Bad

Liked: The hotel was very accommodating.
Disliked: Booking canceled and charged me after I had told them I would not be there until Friday. But I would pay for Thursday if they couldn't cancel just one night. I had to pay to get another room at the same hotel instead of having to split up my family. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED TO PAYPAL. For the full stay that booking canceled.
