Best Western Plus The Inn At Hampton

This was a decent room. Way off the path as we stayed in the Executive suites, so no noise to speak of. The room was clean but basic. The staff was friendly.

Liked: Being that we were the only people staying in the executive suites, the quiet was appreciated.
Disliked: For a holiday they should have had breakfast hours extended a bit - after all New Years Day is a 'sleep a little later' kind of day.

Disliked: You said you had an indoor heated pool but the pool was very cold very little to no heat at all you need to have that looked into and all your hotels that have indoor heated pools one of the reasons why my family came there

Disliked: Property was under construction and that wasn’t told to us, very loud. Room spray/cleaner was way too strong and gave me a headache. Room was hot even with the air on.
