Liked: Friendliness and hospitality of staff
Disliked: Soundproofing not existing in this hotel, street noise abs noises from other rooms make sleep impossible. Very sad because otherwise and excellent hotel but because of the incredible noise level due to poor sound protection not recommendable.

Liked: Great breakfast, super friendly staff, fire pits at night, covenient location, nice views.

Liked: Clean, great water pressure in shower. Good breakfast with lots of choices . All friendly staff .

Liked: Clean, new, friendly staff and a full breakfast. I had scrambled eggs, potatoes and fruit. A nice surprise - most hotels dont offer this for free

Liked: the grand kids loved the pool could have used a hot tub for the adults pool was small but by all means the grand kids loved it freindly staff

Liked: Hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful and the food service staff were awesome! Definitely staying here again!

Liked: Staff here is the friendliest and most accommodating Ive ever met! Breakfast staff worked hard, and kept things stocked, clean and everyone happy. My room was one of the cleanest Ive ever been in. I will book this hotel again if I travel to this area.
Disliked: I paid more at this Best Western than most others. When a friend from high school (Im 62) joined us in the room for a night unexpectedly, they charged an extra fee. Disappointing., but understandable.
