Liked: Room was lovely and clean, very comfy bed and most of the staff polite. We attended a wedding and my husband is gluten intolerant. They were informed of the needs of the guests numerous times by the bride and groom however when the food was brought out we asked if my husbands was gluten free and the waiter huffed and snatched the plate of food and stormed off. When we went for breakfast the tables weren’t even cleared, sat for 20 mins and no one cleared the table or brought clean cutlery or a menu or took our order. We left without breakfast and checked out. Apart from that it’s a very nice venue but massively overpriced for the service you receive.

Liked: The young gentleman that worked on reception was a pleasure to deal with. Very friendly and helpful and dealt with everything c we asked quickly and promptly. A credit to the hotel

Disliked: Wedding music playing until 2am on a workday! No phone signal and Wi-Fi not working, TV not working, soap dispenser in bathroom empty.
