Exceptional

Liked: It was a lovely night stay. The a/c was quiet and produced more cold air than even I needed. There was no carpet which means no old hotel smell. The free breakfast was great—fresh made waffles and espresso!

Decent value hotel. Would stay...

Liked: Breakfast was good... Scrambled eggs were ok, not great. The rest of the breakfast was very good.

Passable

Liked: The staff are wonderful and friendly. The rooms are beautifully set up and spacious. It also has a fantastic location to get around town.
Disliked: The room needs a deep cleaning. The floor was sticky in some places, and the nightstand had a sticky brown residue. The wall and ceiling by the TV had a redish brown splash on it. The matress had huge stains, both red and yellow. The sheets also had red, yellow, and clear stains as well as a shoe print.
