Liked: Clean, very nice staff. Close to a lot of things.

Liked: the room was very spacious, the property was comfortable and conveniently located.
Disliked: The filter in the swimming pool needed to be back-washed.

Liked: We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Plus. Breakfast was good, and the staff was very helpful.We had an accident with our car and Kristi did not hesitate to help us extend our stay. And when the insurance company changed our plans again she helped us make adjustments. I would highly recommend the Best Western Plus in Surprise AZ.

Awesome breakfast, check the bedding....

Liked: I like how the property was around a lot of stores and right next to auto zone. Also enjoyed how it wasn’t far from the zoo.
Disliked: My room #215 had animal hair on the sofa bed I contacted front desk and I was told to let them know before I left. It was unfortunate because my daughter was looking forward to sleep by herself.
