Superb place to unwind

Liked: EVERYTHING! Clean, comfortable, EV charging, incredible breakfast and super friendly staff. Smart TVs, super comfortable pillows and beds, plus there is a full restaurant on property.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Good location for someone on...

Liked: This hotel is in a very good location if you need a rest and don't want to go into London. We were in a big moving truck, and it was really easy to park and get in and out. It was clean & comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: It was fine.

Got everything we needed for...

Liked: Easily accessible from the 401, quiet outside and inside, nice new facility, very clean, excellent staff, great breakfast. Very satisfied with what we got.
Disliked: I know that this is common across, but the ability to actually open the window for fresh air rather than have the air-condition wall insert would be much better.

Convenient off the highway stop...

Liked: Great space, nice gym, generous breakfast
Disliked: The bed was super uncomfortable, soft and wavy, and the shower head was too low.

Disliked: Water from tap tasted chemicals and dirt and they wanted 4:50$ for a bottle of water which should be provided for free given water taste

Exceptional

Quite, comfortable and cozy.

Liked: The staff was marvelous, friendly and courteous.The breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable. Washroom needs improvement.
Disliked: Nothing more to mention here.
