Didn’t sleep much. And don’t...

Liked: Nice restaurant in hotel. Staff was kind at hotel. Rooms were clean although outdated.
Disliked: We got locked in our room. Had to call the front desk to get a screwdriver to remove the flip lock so we could get out. Then later during the night the fire alarm went off and everyone in building was flooding outside. Was a rough night

Would have like the Best...

Liked: Well like I mention in my rate it was very poor. I got to the hotel had to wait for the manger to show up just to get my reservation check out to assign me a room.
Disliked: The bathroom floors were just plain insight nasty. When I went into the bathroom, I had to clean the floor myself, removing hair small debris off the floor. I would like some kind of commendation for me, after having a long day and in need of somewhere nice clean to stay the night. However, I did not receive what I was looking for at The Best western Hotel. Nor did I receive my gift cards for my two-night stay.

It was a good place...

Liked: The breakfast had good variety and was tasty. The location was perfect for us as we were going the Roseville middle school for a play and for Roseville ice arena for a figure skating competition.
Disliked: We were woken at 3:45am because of a fire alarm. We were happy that there wasn’t a fire. The staff did a great job of responding to the alarm.

Liked: The breakfast was great and had items I haven't seen before at any other hotel breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again
