Had excellent stay and will...

Liked: The breakfast was great,location and staff excellent!
Disliked: Slow elevator.

Was okay til it wasn't

Liked: It was clean when we had arrived, comfortable bed, fast check in. The fridge felt like it actually worked compared to other places. The employees were very nice with helping us, especially when we came back to a flooded room in the middle of the night. The employee working that night was understanding and quick to help.
Disliked: One small elevator that got dirty and congested easily. The breakfast area was small and easily congested. We came back to a flooded floor after we got back from a late night concert. No idea where it was even coming from, the sink was flooded with something awful, but it wasn't the cause of the gross water on the floor. The room smelled immediately when we opened the door too. Had to move rooms at 2am. We had thought we were offered a discounted price for the inconvenience, but since we moved rooms and the issue was "resolved," the manager lowkey went back on their word. We were charged regular price for both rooms. Can't say that I'm happy about that.
