Best Western Plus Spokane North

The location was ideal for our purpose and the price was reasonable.

Liked: The front desk staff was very nice; we asked for a quiet, safe room and it was.
Disliked: Room was very dirty, floors especially. Tthere was something sticky and gross all over the inside of the door. It's in need of an upgrade. Toilet became plugged.

Will come again!

Liked: Great Customer Service! Clean facility. Gym was well equipped!
Disliked: Just location as far as I would be careful walking around. I don’t believe unsafe but in an area with a lot going on. City like. My car was safe and I didn’t have mistrust I just wouldn’t let my children run around outside or go to the car by them selves. Great location as far as accessing anything needed.

Liked: Breakfast was very good and filling, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was easy and the location was great.
Disliked: We were in room 214 and the parking lot lights were shinning into our window, the blackout curtians only stopped some of the light and only 10% of the spa was working. There was no house keeping done in our room for the whole stay.
