This is an excellent hotel...

Liked: Proficient , helpful staff. Location. Clean.
Disliked: The photos of this room included two showing a big, soft chair which was conspicuously missing from the room. It was a primary reason for choosing the hotel. Staff suggested the chair had been removed in advance of renovations.

Liked: Besides the maid not coming to clean my room for 2 days and I had to ask for clean towels and for my trash to be taken out, it was an okay stay

Disliked: The room had a smell. Not bad, but it had a musky smell.

Liked: There was popcorn kernels that were left from the previous guest in the bathroom floor, which means the bathroom floor wasn’t swept. There was popcorn on the floor in plain sight means that the room wasn’t vacuumed properly. And we did not have a trashcan and we had to go downstairs and ask for bags both nights that we stayed so that we could throw our trash away because we didn’t have a trash can .
