Liked: The location of the hotel, the breakfast and the staff were really good.
Disliked: Our room was very hot and stuffy throughout our stay. When we wanted to open the window, it was extremely noisy because of the location of the room. Finally, the room smelled very bad due to the mopping.

I’d recommend this hotel as...

Liked: Clean, super friendly and helpful staff, well-equipped clean room with good toiletries. My room was on the 2nd floor, maybe it’s because it wasn’t facing the street but it was nice and quiet.
Disliked: The pillows. They were super uncomfortable for me which caused issues sleeping. They use these big very thick pillows, kind on the firm side - great for propping yourself up and I’m sure they look great in hotel pictures, but if you sleep on your stomach and maybe even on your side they’re way too thick and firm. This is the only reason I wouldn’t stay here again though I would recommend it to others.

Liked: The staff was super nice and welcoming! We came to get married in Manhatten and they helped our families arrange a surprise for us with flowers and champagne.Other than that they were always helpful and with a warm smile and attitude. We will definitely come back!
Disliked: Nothing, everything was perfect.Breakfast could have more vegetables :)
