Superb

Liked: Simple, but enough and tasty breakfast, good bed, enough space.

Good

Liked: Location was very convenient. Room was clean. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: There was nowhere to sit down in the room other than the bed. We stayed for 14 nights and some point it was very uncomfortable.

Poor

Liked: Not much. Only the female staff were pleasant and friendy.
Disliked: Tiny pokey room. Would not recommend

I would think twice booking...

Liked: The large rooms and the staff.
Disliked: Basic Breakfast, no staff after 9pm, noisy street, not such a safe area. For the cost of the rooms, we think it was not value for money.

Icecold and super small.

Liked: The room was okay size. But it was so cold and you couldn’t adjust the temperature in the room.
Disliked: To cold. Bad breakfast and the staff eating with us. The were the people reception. Way to expensive for what you get.

Liked: Helpful reception staff. Comfortable and great facilities for the price, considering it’s NYC.
Disliked: The complimentary breakfast was lousy. Low quality and extremely limited choices that were carbohydrate heavy and all sweet. You’re out of luck if you’re looking for healthier options, like unsweetened yogurt. Granola (also sweet) dispenser kept malfunctioning.
