I thought that the staff was great. My room was comfortable.

Liked: Friendly staff.

Many website stated free breakfast, but there wasn't one. The rooms were very dated; the heat didn't work; the bed was as hard as a rock; none of our channels worked. We did have a view of the water and the lighted town tree! The staff was very kind.

Liked: Nice front desk staff.
Disliked: Heat didn't work; hard bed; no free breakfast as stated.

The rooms were wonderful; the staff was fantastic. I couldn't believe that we got charged $11 for 'services' that we didn't use - just a general service charge. It put a kink in my feel about the hotel. I would rather that they increase the rate, rather than hitting me with that fee when I walked in the door.

Liked: Excellent staff; excellent room etc.
Disliked: General Service Charge.

A room with a view

Liked: Latoya greeted us and took great care of us during our stay
Disliked: The hotel is just wrapping up a renovation and the pool was not in service

Disliked: Bathroom could be cleaner. Walls paper thin, I could hear phones ringing and hear conversations! The remodel was not a great! We were not warned. Coffee maker didn’t have pods, not enough towels!

Disliked: It's hard to give a true review when so much construction was going on we were on the third floor and the hazards were unbelievable there were plastic tile levelers all over there were several places where the floor had steps between the carpet and the tile and the carpet was rolled over on itself it was so bad that I wouldn't let my elderly mother go to the elevator by herself hmm I know if OSHA was to visit they would close that floor down

Liked: The location and the beds are comfortable. Personal was nice. Breakfast is always good.
Disliked: Their system over booked rooms. We didnt get the room we reserved with full water view. The room we ended up across from the stair well so kids yelling and running started at 6:00am. I know that’s not the hotels fault. I will make sure we never get another room in that area. The lighting in our bathroom was really dark. The vanity light had been removed. This is our third time staying this is the first time we have had any complaints. We will continue to book there. Our daughter lives there we come about once every three months.
