Many website stated free breakfast, but there wasn't one. The rooms were very dated; the heat didn't work; the bed was as hard as a rock; none of our channels worked. We did have a view of the water and the lighted town tree! The staff was very kind.

Liked: Nice front desk staff.
Disliked: Heat didn't work; hard bed; no free breakfast as stated.

The rooms were wonderful; the staff was fantastic. I couldn't believe that we got charged $11 for 'services' that we didn't use - just a general service charge. It put a kink in my feel about the hotel. I would rather that they increase the rate, rather than hitting me with that fee when I walked in the door.

Liked: Excellent staff; excellent room etc.
Disliked: General Service Charge.

It’s about the customer! Not...

Liked: Nice room, great view. but you don’t offer wine bottle openers for the wine you purchase before your stay I thought that was tacky and then we asked for one and they said well if guests didn’t steal them you could have one! What? Why should we be punished? We bought two at the store and left them for the next guest. You should never tell a new customer the problem of past customers very unprofessional. And how much does a wine bottle opener cost?! If I buy wine I need something to open it with or don’t sell the wine!
Disliked: Wine bottle opener for the wine we purchased from the hotel
