Would stay at your hotel...

Liked: The breakfast was awesome although we had to wait about 15 minutes before the food was made. By the time the potatoes came out the eggs were cold.The front desk lady was very polite. Seemed happy with her job.
Disliked: The mattress was uncomfortable but otherwise the room was great!

Liked: Property was in a good location and quiet.
Disliked: I booked this online booking a room with a pet for a disclosed amount. I also checked the Best Western website to see if there were any hidden charges and there were not. When I arrived a the hotel I was told there was an additional $20.00 charge for a pet which was NOT listed on either the booking website or the Best Western site. I told this to the registration desk and they did not charge me as I told her it was not mentioned on either website.

Exceptional

Liked: All staff was great, breakfast was great, everything was clean and functioning properly.
Disliked: Beds were quite hard, and seemed to have dents in the middle of both queen beds.
