Best Western Plus Settlers Point

Very poor

Liked: A/C didn’t work, no Kleenex, extremely noisy from the room above us until 3 am. So we got no sleep then having to drive 13 hrs the next day. We have always stayed here on our trips from California to Wyoming and back several times a year. Not sure we’ll stay here again.

Liked: Room was clean and good location
Disliked: front desk staff very rude and didn't want to be there. Made me wait one hour for my room and then gave me an ADA room that I didn't want.

Liked: The place was clean and new. Nice decor at the facilities. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great every morning. Overall fantastic stay.
Disliked: Different bathroom doors and locks on entry doors.

Liked: Great conveniences nearby, incredibly clean room and hotel, friendly staff and easy access. Will stay here every time we pass through. I had to double check that I was at the right hotel… best western needs to model all of their locations after this place. A true gem.
Disliked: I wish we needed to stay longer…..
