What can I say - everything was amazing about the hotel.

Liked: Everything!
Disliked: Nothing!

We will definitely return to this hotel in our future visits to Sebastian.

Quick, caffeinated, breakfast each day!!!

Liked: Breakfast was great. Weight room was adequate. 24 hour coffee in the lobby was absolutely necessary at all times. I loved it. The room smelled like mold, but for the price, I can't expect fresh flowers daily.
Disliked: The general musty smell of the place was a turn off, but once nose blind to it, it was fine. The mold spots on the carpet was sketchy, but I guess that comes with property on the Florida coast. At least there were no roaches.

Liked: I extended my stay 5 days and even though I was currently at the hotel the canceled my reservation and charged a no show fee. After pleading with them to make it right due to their clerks laziness, Im still waiting for a promised refund.
Disliked: Rude, obnoxious and lazy staff. Not all but the front desk manager and her staff.

I will never stay there...

Liked: Property was in a great location close to Indian River. Daily breakfast had decent offerings and dining room assistant was pleasant.
Disliked: Upon arriving and opening the sofa bed, the mattress was dirty (big blood stain) and the springs were uncomfortable. They quickly provided a solution —a small roll in bed, which was appreciated. On day 1and 2 we had to wait 10-20 min for the water to heat up in the bathroom sink and shower. 1 day there was no hot water. The rooms lack privacy— we could hear people using the bathroom— it was not pleasant. We left early due to security/ safety concerns and unacceptably loud visitors in both rooms to the left and right of ours. They was yelling profanities with loud music at 1,2 3 am. When we brought it up to front desk the manager seemed annoyed by our concern, stoic and unfriendly and basically said we were welcome to check out early. She was dubious of my concern of sketchy characters and initially said it was impossible as she had no one checked in the room next to us. Then she said there were “workers who serviced the property staying in that room. These sketchy characters were parked in the parking lot with a truck and fire pit!
