Best Western Plus Sebastian Hotel & Suites

What can I say - everything was amazing about the hotel.

Liked: Everything!
Disliked: Nothing!

Good

Liked: The location and staff were great and accommodating, and the chef in the breakfast room was very accommodating, welcoming, and helpful she always willing to help..Can't remember her name, though.
Disliked: The room smelled on entry. When the AC came on, it got a little better. I recommend putting some air freshener in the rooms.

A decent place if you’re...

Liked: I was pleasantly surprised with what was within walking distance; much more than I initially thought. The staff working the breakfast buffet was very pleasant and eager to learn about the guests, which made my mornings much brighter. I also got two vouchers with my room key: one for a free drink at the restaurant at their sister resort restaurant, and another for a free hour of kayak or paddle board rental at the same location. I redeemed the latter and it was a real treat!I booked the room with the spa bath; it was quite the experience, though a bit tricky to figure out how to use.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the pool was closed my second day due to a failed inspection. It can’t really be helped, but was still disappointing. The front desk associate who facilitated my check-in felt very cold and detached, which is never a good start to a trip.

Liked: The staff was very nice. Room was big, location was wonderful. Breakfast was better than we anticipated and the host was SO SWEET. Pool was very nice and clean though we didn't have time to use it.
Disliked: The only con was the blanket was very thin, they don't use comforters. I would and will still stay again, just would bring my own blanket.

Liked: The room was great all around. Very clean and a very good size. Pull out bed could use a new mattress, but the 2 queen beds were amazing and firm. Lighting was odd, but it did the job. I think it was because of the cool lightStaff was friendly and helpful.Breakfast was the standard for BW, but the attendant was very helpful and nice. Give her a raise.

The hotel serves our purpose...

Liked: The hotel is 20-30 minutes from several public beaches. The hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff is friendly and attentive.
Disliked: Commuter and freight trains run every 30 minutes along the tracks behind the property and 4-lane Rt-1 is right in front where the pool is located. The traffic noise detracts from a relaxing time at the pool. The free breakfast is nothing to write home about.

Wonderful

Liked: All was great. Breakfast, the room, and all the staff were great.
Disliked: . The wife does not care for powdered eggs. I only wish the price for the stay would come down a little so I could return sooner.
