Good if on a budget.

Liked: Friendly staff, comfortable bed and good hot shower. Location was fine for us. Although at the end of the seafront boulevard, it’s only a short drive to local restaurants and cafes.
Disliked: Breakfast was minimal; all disposable plates and cutlery, although this seems to be the norm during our Texas travels. The coffee machine in our room was broken.

Liked: The room was clean, nice and comfortable. The staff was very nice, polite and super helpful. The breakfast was pretty good. Location is little off the main beach but has a wonderful view. Good value for money.
Disliked: The corridor carpets were a bit moldy and smelled, though there was no smell in our room. Even the reception area flooring needs some upkeep.

Disliked: Unfriendly check-in at reception as I had difficulty understanding the slang. As a foreigner, I don't expect this in a hotel like this. Too expensive.
