Liked: The hotel and room were clean. The pool is nice. The property is well maintained. The location is good and the staff was professional. The price was also reasonable, which is important to us.

Liked: My wife says breakfast was very good. Due to an event at Westworld, we asked for and received a late check-out. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Overall, exceeded expectations for a hotel in Scottsdale that was half the price of most of the others.
Disliked: Housekeeping didn't get the word, or says she didn't get the word, that we had received permission for late check-out. She made it clear she was not happy we were still in the room after 11:30.

Liked: We liked the suite with closing doors, extra chairs, pull out couch, dining room table, parking right next to our room. pool was nice, the grounds were well kept. Fresh baked cookies at the front desk and hot coffee was my favorite part!
Disliked: The room was dated. a little musty smell. It still met the need,

Disappointing

Liked: When we first got there we were met with a great staff member that greeted and got us situated. Unfortunately when we got up to the room it was run down looking and could have used a really good vacuum. We were all tired so we decided not to do anything about it. When we used the bathroom the sink plug broke in the sink so we had to go down to the front desk and see if they could do anything. He scheduled maintenance for the next day. Went back up and went to bed and my husband awoke around four to something crawling on him when we turned the in light and found that we had bed bugs. Went down to the front desk where they moved us to another room. We looked over that room carefully and decided that we would stay. Went to do some things and came back to carbon monoxide detectors going off in the room went to the front desk where they told me to just remove the batteries. Pool was open but the water was cold and also the hot tub where the water was warmish.

Liked: It was average
Disliked: There were so many children yelling and screaming throughout the property! Throwing footballs at at the doors of the other guest rooms. Screaming and yelling in the pool until late into the evening! Could not even listen to the television in the living area of the room It was so loud. I don’t mind children, but I do feel that the property could’ve done more to make sure the rest of the guest were not inconvenienced by them.
