A nightmare

Disliked: The staff The room was 30c unbelievable hot and uncomfortable and unbearable to sleep was ill from how hot the room

It's ok for a night...

Liked: Staff where on point, and good service, bathroom was ok and I did like the curtains
Disliked: Bed was very hard for my confort, no tooth brush and tooth cream not easy elevator access

Liked: Very friendly personnel, superb breakfast. We had a dog with us and everything was prepared in the room: bed and water plate. Cousy room, fresh facilities.
Disliked: It was very warm in the room. Despite of central AC system, we had like 27-30 degrees I the room and it was not possible to open the windows.

Superb

Liked: Everything you need is there, checked in 3 hours earlier and the buffet is very good
Disliked: Shower was leaking and the sauna was out of order. Window view could be better

Great location - history, architecture

Liked: Great location just on the central street, great for the morning hiking
Disliked: The receptionist was good girl, communication was great, but she didn't pay good attention enough when I asked by showing the way how I have parked my car to avoid the trouble in the morning with a police. 👮‍♂️ 650 SEK - the fee. This was bit petty, because by the international traffic rules the way I parked is allowed - Sweden has different rules. Actually there were other cars who got the penalties as well. In reception they could advise to park on Swedish way and would do this.

Exceptional

Liked: We were lucky enough to get a complementary upgrade to a mini suit, so the room was huge and we definitely enjoyed it. The stuff was very polite and friendly. Relax was also nice and clean.. The location was also very central so we could walk around the city center.
Disliked: While the breakfast was rich, some of the food was a bit cold. Also very confusing, why there were only small (kid's size) plates. Needed to go back and forth on the buffet 3-4 times.
