Liked: Close to where dance competition was.
Disliked: Walls thin, son nights could hear everything. And only shared 1 wall.

Top Notch!

Liked: We were so impressed with this hotel! The staff was so personable and easy to talk to. The room was top notch, clean, and comfortable. We came to be close to Cedar Point. I always loved it when growing up in Ohio but then moved out of state and still want to ride roller coasters every time I'm home (during the season). After a very busy week for my sisters wedding we were tired so we slept in and woke up right after breakfast had ended. My husband went down to see if there was coffee left over so he didn't have to make any and brought up a whole bunch of food. They left it out a little for him to get some. Everything he got was delicious and really impressive for a hotel breakfast! We decided when we come again in the future we want to stay here again and will get 2 nights rather than 1 to maximize our time at the park and not have a 3 hour drive back to my home base that night. It was so nice!
Disliked: The TV was a little confusing. We'd try to change channels and it seemed to keep playing the same thing which was not our jam. I'm not sure what I did to figure it out but figured it out some how. Small negative for all the positives this hotel had.

Liked: The property was clean and updated.
Disliked: Nothing. Wish the pool was a little bigger, but it was a comfortable water temperature, not too cold, so really can’t complain!

Liked: It was clean. The staff was extremely friendly and kind.
Disliked: No coffee cup lids made it difficult to bring hot drinks to the room. The room was great and very comfortable.

Disappointed in cleanliness and loud...

Liked: The staff for the evening (a young guy) was very friendly for check in, very helpful when we needed anything at all, and very sociable, we loved talking to him and seeing his smiling face greeting us as we came in from a day out.
Disliked: Didn't have towels when we got to the room the first night, so I told the front desk as we were leaving for the day that we needed towels in our specific room (I gave the lady at the desk our room number) and she said housekeeping would be by during the day. They never showed up that day while we were gone and I had to go to the front desk that evening to get towels. The same with the next day while we were out, no housekeeping was in our room through the day because the bed was still the same from when we slept and no new towels were brought besides the two I had gotten from the desk myself.

Liked: Very clean and friendly staff

Horrible.

Liked: The location and that they served breakfast.
Disliked: The staff and rules they had that was not mentioned to the customer. They refused to make up or clean my room because I left my pajamas on the bed. This gave them the opportunity to not change my linen. When I mentioned it to the staff the man had a very disrespectful attitude, very unprofessional. Also, when I entered the hotel after a long day at Cedar Pointe, there was a group of people sitting at the entrance smoking and drinking. They were sitting in lawn chairs. I will NEVER stay at this hotel.
