Liked: I liked the fact that the Hotel was only 3 minutes from the Kalahari Convention center where my daughter had Nationals Dance Competition. And the fact that it was a much nicer (and cleaner), hotel than Kalahari (stayed there last year). And... the price, with no hidden/extra fees did it for ME! ❤️
Disliked: Just a lil disappointed that there was no bacon at the breakfast buffet. All the other options were very good.

Great stay with great value.

Liked: Great staff. Breakfast is awesome. Amazing comfy and quiet room.
Disliked: Missing bulbs in the lamps in the room. Not sure if staff was aware. Most likely theft. No big deal.

Disliked: When I booked the hotel online back in May, I was told the chargers would be $600. When I checked out, it was $680. I asked the concierge what was the price discrepancy was about. She said it must be the taxes. I picked this hotel because it had the best overall reviews for that price range. I wanted a hotel that was safe and clean. I didn’t mind paying a little more for that. Your company should honor the prices quoted, and not add hidden fees at checkout. This will definitely have an effect on my choosing to stay with Best Western in the future.
