Liked: Great location plenty of restaurants and shops around Nice rooms
Disliked: One of the staff was very rude. We asked a few questions and they were not helpful at all. They should not be working on the front desk if they are going to be rude. The other staff were great

Liked: The room was fine, clean etc., we liked being able to open the bedroom window on a very hot day - the air conditioning unit was noisy but worked well. Our stay was on a very hot day. The service and food in the pub was good.
Disliked: Parking access was not well marked, I use a cane so once we had figured out the entrance it was fine but trying after a long drive. Disappointed that the pool was not available.
