Excellent stay at Best Western

Liked: Location is excellent, right at the heart of downtown.. We got early check in which was a blessing after a long flight.. Staffs were very courteous. The room also had a view of the ocean.
Disliked: AC made a bit loud sound

Bad

Disliked: Bed bugs!!! We found bed bugs while we were packing. I put one in a cup and showed the manager. They confirmed it was a bed bug and refunded our night stay. No other discount or offering. It was awful.
