My stay there was terrible...

Liked: Nothing except the location the hotel at south is not what it looks like in the pictures. It’s rundown on the outside very disappointing.
Disliked: The staff, especially the manager was very ignorant and rude. The first room we were in the shower would not drain. It was plugged. Had to wait for a half an hour for it to drain to finish our shower, which made us late for our supper. Reservations moved us to another room. It wasn’t any better.

Liked: The hotel is walking distance to the water and shopping. The staff were helpful and very friendly. Great customer service.
Disliked: The hotel is on the older side. I would have liked a bigger TV for the size of the room and the ac is a window unit that could use a cleaning. Didn't like Paying nightly for parking but I think most hotels in the area charge for parking.

Great location and quiet, but...

Liked: Great location, decent amenities.
Disliked: The bed was more like hammock than a bed. A visible sag that I'm shocked management hasn't noticed, it is that obvious. As well as having a squeaky frame, to boot. Just horribly uncomfortable and we kept having to claw our way up the sides in the night.Replace the beds! The rest of the building was dated but fine, it is a bit tired and needs some sprucing up. That would have been fine if not for the horrible night's sleep. I've stayed at a lot of hotels so trust me when I say I can sleep on almost anything. This was the worst bed I've ever slept in.
