Liked: Breakfast
Disliked: The stay

Great place to stay and...

Liked: Great location, very clean and they have a nice gym.
Disliked: The bathroom door would not stay open, the coffee maker was missing a part so coffee could not be made in the room.

We were very disappointed.

Liked: The breakfast was lacking. The bacon was almost shaved and tasted like rubber. There needs to be a regular coffee pot. We had to stand in line and then the black coffee wasn’t available.
Disliked: The staff was rude when we arrived. He was a black male. He informed us that although we had been standing in a line that people seated where next. The staff after that was a black female. She didn’t even have common manners much less professional. The staff seemed to have an attitude. Our room was not ready at 3.30 and we had to sit in the lobby. The lock on our suite door would not lock. There was spider webs across the tv. The shower curtain was stained and so was the tub. Dirt had collected along the baseboards. This hotel was recommend to us because it’s new. It didn’t look new.

Liked: Affordable and close to where we needed
Disliked: Room not stocked it seems like what was left from last person was there but not restocked. Breakfast had no coffee machine broke. This was around 7am out of juice not restocked very little food left at 7 amNothing stocked in the place by checking in a couple of waters and maybe couple bagels of chips

Should have booked elsewhere.

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Room was dirty. Carpet was not vacuumed; tile bath floor not swept and mopped. Debris on floor. Half the lights didn’t work. Hair dryer didn’t work.

Miserable. Uncomfortable. Was debating checking...

Liked: There was a brand new mattress. I lifted the sheets to check for bed bugs. Noticed at least the mattress was new.
Disliked: Everything. I got there and they were already having issues with the family checking in before me. Room issues. The room issues carried over to me. They gave me a room. I went to said room and there was a couple already checked into that room!!!! They gave me another room. You could tell that this hotel is run down. Musty rooms. Rust on door frames. And the dead bolt to my room did not work. Manager came to check it. Had to forcefully press his body up against it to lock it. And then just left it to be dealt with after my check out. :( Very disappointed. Will NOT ever stay there again!
