Rude Ruston Stay

Liked: Location was great. Close to everything.
Disliked: Staff was not very customer oriented. Room a/c didn't cool very well. Had a lamp that didn't work. Torn shower curtain. Door deadbolt was difficult to lock/unlock. Hallways,stairwells and elevators were hot.

Liked: The staff, especially the breakfast lady were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The room we had was very QUIET ❤️.
Disliked: The electrical outlets on the wall between our beds were broken. I had to charge my phone on the dresser and plug in my Cpap away from the bed, so I couldn't use it. The mop areas around the bathroom door needed paint, and the shower curtain was torn. But, we would stay again.

Liked: The room itself was nice.
Disliked: The water in the shower was just lukewarm and the people above us was stomping.

Terrible

Liked: There was one gentleman named Alex who tired his best to fix what he could but he was only there on night one so sadly everything fell apart after that.
Disliked: The staff was terrible, the room and hotel were dirty, the laundry facility was not maintained and failed, staff was no help with that. The list is LOOOONG
