Liked: Beds were super comfy, even the pullout couch bed!! Breakfast was decent, a little lacking in imagination but it got the job done. Staff was very kind and helpful. Great location convenient to Niagara and Niagara on the lake. Property borders a scenic canal and Park area.
Disliked: Towels are made with sandpaper. Facility seems to be on the older side. Carpets rippled, need to be stretched, floors undulate.

Night audit needs to realize...

Disliked: The girl at audit made us feel like we were bugging her and like no one goes in at night to request a room. She kept repeating, you usually come the next night or blah blah. It took her half hour just to get us in and she had to come and take us to our room and let us in with their key because she couldn't make us up one again because it was during night audit and blah blah blah
