Disliked: The stained towel I used at night. I had to ask for a clean one the next day. Heater was not working properly so it was cold in the room the first night. The heater was replaced the next day but there was a draft of cold air coming thru the window when heater was off. Breakfast Attendant lady was rude had a bad energy. about her. Also housekeeper was impatient when I was using toaster she went in front of me. Had no consideration.
