Best Western Plus Richmond

We had a good stay. Motel is older but was clean and without bedbugs (yes, I check); staff were courteous and professional; breakfast was super good; would stay again.

Liked: The next time I visit Richmond VA. I'll be booking reservations at Best Western Plus in Sandston.
Disliked: Honestly. I have no complaints about this hotel. I'll be making reservations in the future.

Liked: Everything was nice breakfast was good
Disliked: We had one problem that could be update for the kids with gaming consoles it wouldn’t let us connect our ps5 usually at other hotels you have to call a support system to let them let you know but it was no help on the this issue

Disappointing

Liked: The staff was fantastic! Very pleasant and fast check in/out. The hotel is in the process of being updated.
Disliked: The coffee machine was broken in the breakfast area so no coffee was available. Only decaf coffee was in the room, there were no regular coffee pods. The room we were in was not updated, the carpeting was old, the rooms outdated and all the lamp shades were broken.

Disliked: The hotel looks dirty the room smells of smoke. They had no where you could get bottled water or snacks for purchase. I asked to be moved because of the smoke smell in the room didn’t get called for another room.

Disliked: Smelled so bad there were families of cockroaches 🪳 everywhere and they must be remodeling or something there was shit everywhere it was disgusting 🤮 I will never go to a best western again don’t wast your money like I did!!
