We had a good stay. Motel is older but was clean and without bedbugs (yes, I check); staff were courteous and professional; breakfast was super good; would stay again.

Liked: I and my wife found the breakfast inedible
Disliked: Besides the so called breakfast being inedible when we got to the room it was 85 degrees outside and 60 degrees in the room. That temp may be acceptable to people who live in colder climates but your guest come in from around the US and being from FL where we are used to 100 degrees and 95% humidity, 60 is freezing. When trying to get the temp to rise no matter where we set the thermostat the A/C never got above 64 which is to cold. Fix the damn A/C and find a better breakfast.

A Good Value With No...

Liked: The hotel was decent. The room was old, but clean. We were overnighting and it fit the budget. The staff (when there) were accommodating and friendly. The hotel was close to gas, food, and the airport was very good.
Disliked: When we arrived, there was no one at the desk. They left a phone number to call and we were informed they were picking up people at the airport. We didn't have to wait long, but standing in line with others to check in when no one was around was awkward. This hotel needs to focus on customer service and have at least two to four people always working! They need to keep the property in order. We witnessed an old woman sit on a bench outside the hotel fall to the ground because the back of a bench fell off. Attention to detail would;ld be great. But I have to say the staff that was there were lovely and did all they could (when they were at the desk) to help their guests!

Very sweet staff and comfortable...

Liked: Staff very kind. Beds very comfortable. Did not have breakfast so can’t review that experience.
Disliked: Old, dated, lots of poor finishes or funky looking materials in bathrooms (ceiling, molding, etc.), rooms. Mirror over sink came down low enough to faucet that reaching faucet was awkward.

Pleasant

Liked: Pet room was clean & staff was pleasant
Disliked: Maintenance of structure needed attention & landscaping was over grown around the side & back of property

Superb

Comfortable, however doesn’t exceed expectations.

Liked: The breakfast was good, good enough variety, clean.
Disliked: Our entrance light to the room was not working, it would not turn on so we had to use the lamps. There was no body wash in our soap dispenser along with only 3 towels in total in the double bed room.
