Best Western Plus Richmond Airport Hotel

We had a good stay. Motel is older but was clean and without bedbugs (yes, I check); staff were courteous and professional; breakfast was super good; would stay again.

Liked: Good place for the price.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE

Liked: They had no record of our resv and after 40 min. The only person at the front desk (Amin) finally gave us a room even though it was not the kind we wanted. He even suggested maybe we were at the wrong hotel when we showed him our bookings confirmation no. The room was dark, no sink in the bathroom and didn't even have a clock in the room. Bathroom wall was peeling behind the door and there was a bell dinging outside our room the whole night. It was horrible but we were ckibg out at 4:30am for a flight and just needed to sleep.
Disliked: Nothing AND I HOPE I DON'T GET BILLED FOR A "NO SHOW " since he could not find our resv. OH, the night manager who I met at 4am was very nice and SHE printed me a copy of our resv.Best Western brand was not well presented at thus location. We cannot recommend it
