Liked: The best thing about this property is the staff. They are wonderful, warm, professional, accommodating and excellent. And so very friendly.
Disliked: It was further out of the area than we thought and the actual hotel is set back off the road and it can be confusing trying to find the actual property We arrived very late and were exhausted. The mirrors in the suite were dirty, there was hair on the bathroom floor and in the bathtub. The window wouldn’t open and had a huge spider web and spider living in it on the inside.The hot tub/spa wasn’t working and there was a hole in the ceiling of the pool area.No microwave in the room. Crazy small bathroom for a suite. One night we turned on the heat by accident and the cool air wouldn’t work after that.

Liked: The breakfast options were good. The breakfast servers were polite and the area was stocked with a variety of food choices. The night shift front desk staff was polite and approachable.
Disliked: Our room had a lot of mold in the shower. The carpeting and room need updating.
