NEVER AGAIN!!

Liked: The only good thing about this hotel, in my opinion, was the location to where my family needed to be for this trip.
Disliked: This hotel was chosen due to the amenities: breakfast, pools, ect. We were there for a baseball tournament and the breakfast did not start until 7am, our team had early games every day and was not able to partake in breakfast. Every other hotel chain I have stayed at has started breakfast at 630am. The staff member that I dealt with at check-in was very rude. She had HORRIBLE customer service. I was charged a $150 incidental fee. That is not stated anywhere on this site. I have been charged incidental fees of $50 at other chains but $150 is ridiculous! And with NO WARNING!!!

Would stay again if we...

Liked: I have 3 children and they loved the pool! Would stay again simply for the pool. It was clean and the water was warm enough for the baby to swim.
Disliked: The rooms were a little darker than I would have liked. The corners of the room need to be deep cleaned; the bathroom corners needed to be cleaned also. Otherwise it was clean overall. Housekeeping left their dirty rags on the counter so I just bagged them up and it wasn't a big deal. The kids (13 and 15) wanted to eat in the room and as they made plates (using paper bowls) one of the kitchen staff got upset and told them they weren't allowed to take food from the dining area. When I was able to, I went down to check for any posted signs and didn't see any. My kids felt bad because of the way they were spoken to.

Nice facility, but the ants...

Liked: Pool.
Disliked: We stayed in room 1122 and had ants in our room. Ordered pizza on Sunday night, when we woke up Monday am there were ants all over in the pizza box.

Kids loved the water park...

Liked: Kids enjoyed the water park, we purchased a suite and an additional 2 queen room - we were lucky enough that they were all connected by interior doors which made keeping track of the kiddos much easier and 3 bathrooms for 8 ppl was a bonus
Disliked: The hallways are a maze - even after 2-3 trips to and from the lobby I was still unsure of which direction to go
