Location

Liked: The location was on point. It was close to everything we wanted to do for the college tour that we were on for our daughter. We got a family suite so that we could spread out and although the configuration was strange we thought, it was big enough. The breakfast was decent.
Disliked: The front desk informed me that the incidental was 100 per night due to it being a suite but that was not listed anywhere on any of my information on booking or the email the hotel sent me. It's typically 50 and I understand why they'd charge for it, but I asked her could she reconsider because that double incidental was not in my planned budget. She said I can charge you $75 but there is still a $100 charge on my card anyhow. Although the room looked & smelled clean, I walked around bare foot fresh out of the shower for a few minutes and the bottom of my feet were BLACK from the laminate flooring. I was disgusted. I also asked for a new iron due to mine not working and the second one didn't work either

Liked: Had a lovely stay! Front desk staff was very nice and professional, and they even fixed our AC unit while we were gone for the day since it was a bit noisy our first night. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area!
