Disliked: Rented the family suite and was disappointed in the size of the extra room with bunk beds. The suite was comprised of two regular rooms with connecting door, I expected second room to be the same size and it was not. I would estimate it was a little more than half the size of a regular room. Not sure what they did with that extra space but it sure would have made the "suite" much more comfortable for the kids.

Liked: Staff were excellent, couldn't do enough to help. They made it the best, Best Western experience I have to date. Breakfast had plenty of options and the gym was sufficient. Location for the conference centre was perfect, just a ten minute walk away.
