Disliked: Bed way too hard and told to turn down TV. Both very hard of hearing and never been told that before. If we stay again, we will ask for a room far from others.

Liked: Awful customer service at the front desk. Employee seemed so angry and unwelcoming. Then hot tub was down and this was not addressed to us before driving 3 hours to get here. Then trying to cancel my reservation was beyond long and so frustrating!
Disliked: Better customer service at check in desk. Better communication. Be advised what is broken before booking. Easier process to cancel.

Liked: Evening staff person was great and very polite. Bed was comfortable, booked a room with a jetted tub and didn't realize until after I was in the tub the switch to turn it on was on the wall across from the tub. (my tub at home has a button you push to start the jets)
Disliked: Was placed between a family of at least ten, two adults and their kids. Kids were running up and down the hall between rooms, I had to turn the tv up after 10pm to try to sleep to block out their noise. They were ALL over the hallway in the morning, I had a "privacy please" hanging on my door. At 8:00 I opened my door to grab breakfast downstairs, they had luggage, luggage cart, skateboard, toys, etc in front of my door and in the hallway to the elevator. The parents had zero control over them. I was really looking forward to this stay on my way to Seattle from northern CA. If the front staff person wasn't so nice, I would ding this stay more. I know it isn't the properties' fault for the kids and noise, but this ruined my entire stay. Cannot comment on the breakfast, because there was no hot food left when I went downstairs for some.

We would love to stay...

Liked: We loved it. Kids had so much fun with pool and hot tub. Kids loved the breakfast and waffle machine.
